Democracy needs conversation
The opd concept includes readings, film discussions, workshops, talks, panel discussions and reports on advocacy. These can help people understand issues from different perspectives and ask questions.
An event needs a published date
The event calendar lists confirmed entries with a time, place and description. It also states whether registration is available. If the list is empty, no event has currently been published. The old example pages do not establish that events happened or were booked.
For events with registration, your booking is saved to your account. You can view it and cancel your own booking there. Check each event’s details, including capacity and registration deadlines.
Topics shaped by participation
Surveys and proposals can suggest topics for meetings. A clearly described scope supports respectful discussion. An event is neither a blanket endorsement of every view held by a guest nor a substitute for reporting its outcomes.
The entire trial phase is free. Future membership fees have not yet been set. The trial does not automatically turn into a paid agreement. Browse events · Suggest an event · Reports and campaigns
