What does opd mean?
The abbreviation comes from “Organization for the preservation of democracy”. The registered German name is Organisation zum Erhalt der Demokratie e.V. The international wording reflects exchange across national borders.
What does participation cost?
The entire trial phase is free. Future membership fees have not yet been set. The trial does not automatically turn into a paid agreement.Does having an account make me a member?
No. An account and membership are separate. After confirming your email address, submit a membership application. The board reviews it and decides on admission. Only confirmed membership opens surveys reserved for members.
How do supporting and full membership differ?
The statutes define these forms and their rights. A website account or survey response does not by itself grant a vote at a general meeting. The board reviews applications to change membership type; a website counter does not convert membership automatically.
Who chooses survey topics?
Members can suggest topics and public figures. Suitable proposals become visible after review. Support, relevance and clear wording help the editorial team select questions. A proposal does not establish a right to immediate publication or a survey.
Are answers anonymous?
Public results show aggregated answers. Eligibility checks and preventing repeat submissions require technical data. We therefore do not promise absolute anonymity from the operator. Read our privacy information for details.
What do I receive for participating?
Each completed, eligible survey earns one TestCoin, once only. The reference value is EUR 0.50 per coin. TestCoins are trial credits without any right to a payout; they are not money or a promise of payment. They will not automatically become money or a future credit balance when the trial ends.
Are selected people already active representatives?
No. Selection by members, an invitation and acceptance of a role are separate steps. The representative directory shows the relevant status.
