The preserved proposal is titled “Do you want a mobility data space?”. Its body consists only of a short question asking whether readers want a “mobile data space”. It does not contain a definition, a developed plan or documented survey findings.
It is therefore not treated as an adopted project or a current survey result. Anyone revisiting the issue can explain the data involved, its purpose and the safeguards such an idea would require.
